What are waiver programs for seniors in North Georgia?
Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE) are part of the EDWP that provide in-home and community-based services as an alternative to a nursing home. The EDWP does have general eligibility requirements* including that they must be at least 65 years old (or, if younger than 65, meet certain disability requirements), have limited income and potential cost share, have primary functional impairment caused by physical limitations, meet level of care for nursing home placement, and is subject to estate recovery.
What in-home care services are available through EDWP?
